僑外生希望在臺灣發展職涯嗎？本校國際處推動的「國際生留臺升學及就業輔導計畫」，正是為你打造的職涯跳板！國際處正積極拓展與企業的合作，並將於114年6月4日(三) 舉辦首場以僑外生為主軸的就業博覽會，同時開放全校學生參與，提供與多元產業近距離接觸的難得機會，盛況可期！歡迎有興趣的同學洽詢國際處，為自己的職涯發展開創更多可能！

因應臺灣少子化與高齡化趨勢，以及產業對中高階國際人才的迫切需求，國際處配合教育部推動「國際生留臺升學及就業輔導計畫」，除設置兩名雙語專責輔導員外，更與該處學生交流組與國際合作組同仁攜手合作，從參加招生活動、入學、在校學習生活到未來就業發展等提供一條龍服務，讓每名僑外生在彰化師大的求學與職涯之路，都能獲得完整的支持與照顧。

上述計畫內容涵蓋五大方向：職涯探索工作坊、履歷健檢與模擬面試、就業法規說明、企業實習媒合，以及學長姐經驗分享；國際處並與臺灣多家企業合作，在五月初之前即已辦理13場講座與參訪活動等，搭建學生與產業間的橋樑，觸及百餘名僑外生，讓學生從「不知道怎麼開始」，到「有方向、有機會、有行動」。

來自印尼的學生Aflredo表示，原本很擔心畢業後就得離開臺灣，沒想到參加企業模擬面試後，即被一家臺灣公司錄用，因此特別感謝國際處一步一步協助他面對留臺就業的挑戰。

在本校學生事務處、精準職涯發展中心、創新育成中心及校友服務中心的全力支援下，國際處刻正緊鑼密鼓地籌劃6月4日的就業博覽會，屆時將有科技、傳產等多元產業之企業參與，著實令人振奮。國際處特別感謝校內相關單位的協助，為本校學生職涯規劃注入實質動能。

此外，為協助國際學生提升語言能力，強化職場溝通技巧，進一步提升留臺就業競爭力，國際處也提供免費華語文課程，致力打造具包容性與職涯導向的國際學習環境，讓更多國際人才選擇在臺灣築夢與圓夢。（國際暨兩岸事務處）

“The International Student Cultivation and Employment in Taiwan Program,” promoted by the Office of International & Cross-strait Affairs (OICA), serves as a strong foundation for you to build a successful career in Taiwan!

OICA is actively expanding its partnership with industry and will host its first-ever Job Fair on June 4, with strong support from the Office of Student Affairs, the Precision Career Development Center, the Business Incubation Center and the Alumni Service Center at NCUE. Open to all NCUE students, the fair offers opportunities to connect with a diverse range of industries—from tech, auto parts, to various traditional sectors. Students are encouraged to contact OICA and join the event.

This program is in line with the Ministry of Education’s efforts to support international students in pursuing further studies and careers in Taiwan. It focuses on five key areas: career workshops, CV reviews and mock interviews, working visa guidance, internship matching, and alumni sharing sessions.

With dedicated support from two career advisors and the OICA’s Student Mobility and International Cooperation Divisions, the program provides comprehensive, end-to-end assistance—from admissions to campus life, and continuing after graduation—ensuring international students receive holistic guidance throughout their journey at NCUE. By May, OICA had already hosted 13 corporate events with participation from over a hundred international students. The program helps students progress from “not knowing where to begin” to having “clear direction and concrete action” in building their careers.

Aflredo, a student from Indonesia, shared that he had initially worried about having to leave Taiwan after graduation. However, after participating in a mock interview organized through the program, he was successfully hired by a Taiwanese company. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to OICA for guiding him step by step through the challenges of seeking employment in Taiwan.

To further support international students, OICA also offers free Mandarin courses to enhance their language skills and boost employability. This initiative reflects NCUE’s commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive environment—making Taiwan an even more attractive destination for global talent to dream big and make their dreams come true.
